Explore
The App Analytics Explore page helps you easily analyze your app’s performance using 20+ KPIs.
Drill down on a specific user segment using filters, compare and correlate between two KPIs, and break down data to get actionable insights.
Step 1: Access App Analytics
Log into your ironSource account. From the left menu bar, navigate to App Analytics and select Explore.
Step 2: Configure your report
Metrics
Select one of the following built-in KPIs:
- DAU
- New users (count)
- New users (%)
- Retention(%)
- Retention(count)
- Playtime
- Sessions (count)
- Session length
- ARPDAU
- ARPPU
- Revenue
- Ad revenue
- IAP revenue
- Transactions
- Average purchase (USD)
- Converted users
- Conversion rate
- Impressions
- Impressions per user
- Level attempts
- Level completions
- Level failures
- Wins (%)

Choose from three data visualizations: line graph, bar graph, and area graph.
Dimensions
Select the dimension you’d like to compare to the metric you selected. You’ll see it on the horizontal axis of the graph:
- Country
- Platform
- Manufacturer
- Application
- Device model
- OS version
- App version
- Paying users
- Retained user
- Consent status
- Age
- Gender
- Login method
- Ad unit
- App version (only available when one app is selected)
Filters
Choose one or more of the following filters to analyze a granular segment of your users:
- Application
- Country
- Platform
- Manufacturer
- Device model
- OS version
- App version
- Paying users
- Retained user
- Consent status
- Age
- Genger
- Login method
- Ad unit
- App version (only available when a single app is selected)
View data from a specific time frame using one of the preset date ranges, or by selecting custom dates. The Explore page supports data up to 180 days back.
Breakdowns
Choose from the following breakdowns to analyze your data with additional detail:
- Platform
- Country
- OS version
- Device model
- Manufacturer
- Application
- Paying users
- Consent status
- Retained users
- Age
- Gender
- Login method
- Ad unit
- App version (only available when a single app is selected)

Step 3: Compare 2 metrics
The Explore page’s “Compare to” feature lets you instantly compare 2 different metrics, so you can see how they impact each other and identify performance trends.
Once you select a metric to compare, a second graph will appear. The same report configuration is automatically applied to both reports, including any breakdowns and filters.
Hover on each graph to see the original metric, comparison metric, and breakdowns for each dimension.
