Import mediated network settings by CSV

Now you can simply upload a CSV and make bulk changes to multiple instances at once:

• Create and update instances
• Adjust instance rates
• Connect an instance to a mediation group
• Activate and deactivate instances

This is just the latest CSV feature, with import CSV already available for mediation settings.
