Account pending approval

If you see a message on your dashboard stating that your account is pending approval, it means you added an app, integrated the ironSource SDK, and are ready to serve ads once your account has been approved by the ironSource team.

This also means that you’ve received two emails from ironSource requesting a reply with additional information. Your account will be marked as pending approval until your reply has been received and the requested information has been reviewed.

Once your information has been reviewed, you’ll receive an email stating if your account has been approved or denied, and the message in the header of the ironSource platform will update accordingly. 

When your account is approved, live ads will start to serve immediately. If you are testing ad units when your account is approved, your tests will not be interrupted and you’ll need to turn off test mode to go live.
